I had a legitimate issue with my first order. The agent asked questions for clarification and never made me feel silly for the issue. A replacement product was sent at his suggestion, and I am so appreciative! The first product, Zestra Arousal, was incompatible with me for a very specific reason. Zestra Aphrodisiac was sent as a different option. . . . and it is, for me, SO MUCH Better!!!
