Daytime soap opera diva Jacklyn Zeman, beloved for her long-standing portrayal of Nurse Bobbie Spencer on ABC’s highly rated “General Hospital,” now has a new role as the national spokesperson for Zestra® Essential Arousal Oils™.  Co-founders Mary Wallace Jaensch and Rachel Braun Scherl announced today that the popular celebrity and former playboy bunny will be featured in all media and promotional activity for Zestra, the first clinically proven OTC sexual enhancement product for women.  Ms. Zeman will appear in Zestra’s new TV, radio, print and online advertising.

As the star in the new Zestra commercials, Jackie will be sharing her prescription to help women have more sex and enjoy it more fully.   The spot, to be taped in Dallas, will be aired in late Fall in leading U.S. markets. Hosting a symposium on the SECOND ACTS:  GETTING OLDER, LOOKING YOUNGER, the fifty-plus beauty will be featured at “Beauty Bash”, a two day event at NYC’s Metropolitan Pavilion sponsored by FabOverFifty, a premiere online destination for successful, stylish women over fifty.

“We believe Jackie is an ideal match for Zestra.   She has a sense of personal and sexual confidence.   As an actress and healthy living fan, she has been a model to women, working women and working moms. She resonates with women over 40, Zestra’s primary demographic,” according to Braun Scherl.  “She has been a highly positive role model for women, making her for a great messenger for talking to women about their sexual satisfaction.”

Professionally trained as a dancer at NYU, this Englewood, NJ native was hired as a Playboy Bunny prior to her ascent into daytime television history.   In her new role as Zestra spokesperson, she is committed to help women break the silence about their sexual satisfaction.  “It’s true that nothing in life stays the same…it only gets better,’ she maintains.  “My objective is to help engage women to talk openly about their sexuality… and enjoy greater pleasure.   And thanks to Zestra, I can tell women with confidence that it will be better in the bedroom for them every time.”

Where to put your money now:

It’s now a time to keep the statement from your 401K or retirement account closed; the Dow Industrial Jones is a yo-yo with huge fluctuations in gains and losses.  Many are now suffering financial woes, and everyone is cutting back.  Gone are the extended vacations, the glamorous shopping and the elegant dining.

Couples are now spending more uninterrupted time together and may be reexamining their relationships.  Work family and financial stress certainly can impact the hormones of sexuality and can lead to decreased desire, delayed sexual response and even apathy in the bedroom. It is not uncommon that when preoccupied or worried, sexual arousal and satisfaction suffer

Stress reduction techniques include maintaining a balanced and healthy diet, aerobic exercise, and proper sleep patterns. Yoga and meditation may also help calm your anxiety. The practice of mindfulness, or attentive awareness, to the present moment may also be an effective stress-reduction technique.

Satisfying sexual activity is also a natural source of euphoria, and can enhance natural endorphins release.  As an added benefit, satisfying sexuality can boost intimacy and provide comfort in an uncertain time.

If the woes of the stock market are causing anxiety and stress, and its impacting your sex life, try a sure fire investment, Zestra® Essential Arousal Oils™, is a clinical proven blend of herbs which can improve sexual satisfaction. It is non hormonal, topically applied and easily available on line.  A small investment now will return unprecedented huge dividends: a fulfilling sex life with sensual intimacy is priceless.

The Jersey Girls, new friends of ZESTRA, are on a mission to educate women about the joys of sport. They asked some southern belles…have you ever wanted to learn about baseball, drink some martinis and apply what you learned during a real game? Women in the Charleston, South Carolina area on July 23rd who answered the call were the stars of Strikes and Stilettos AND Zestra® was there!

“Strikes and Stilettos” is a female-centric event like no other where women learn the ins and outs of baseball. In South Carolina, it was from the Charleston RiverDog coaches, players and other local celebrities. After they got the basics down, women sipped on cocktails as they watched the Riverdogs take on the West Virginia Power. And there were got some AWESOME give-aways!

The best thing about these Jersey Girl events around the country…they are FREE!

Summer is upon us.  Embrace the sunshine, heat and humidity.  The sun is glimmering and the weather is pleasant and warm. The hot sun is shining, the ocean’s waves are crashing on the surf.  School is out and privacy is at an all time low.  Summer vacation has invaded the adult world as parents are  now the chauffeurs to soccer, cheerleading, golf, tennis and swimming.

With the beginning of the summer months, women have begun to reexamine their bodies and stress about how the winter months have often not been kind.  Crash diets and food restrictions, aggressive aerobic exercise is often on the menu as we all fear the changes that have occurred during the sedentary winter.  We all know that  we will soon need to put on swim suits and venture to the beach or community swimming pool.  Women will now take off the cozy (read here baggy) woollen sweaters of winter and dawn our form fitting swim suits, pack up the mini vans and head to the beach for a day of “relaxation and leisure”.

With the return to the warmth of summer, we all return to self-examination and look at ourselves both on the physical and spiritual levels.  Not only do we readdress weight issues, because of our inherent vanity and innate desire to look attractive in a bathing suit, but we also take the time to look  at  other areas of our life.

During the winter months, when we often did not skip that second piece of cheese cake, and we ate our second helpings of pasta (even if we were not hungry), the pounds somehow  layered onto our abdomens.  Not only did we gain weight, but our  relationships, friendships, marriage and sexual vitality may have also become bloated and stagnant. It is not uncommon for us to feel stale and uncomfortable, especially as the seasons change.  Those  cozy hot chocolate toddies sipped at  the warmth of the blazing fireplace can lead to sexual complacency and boredom.

As you begin your diet by eating well balanced and portion controlled porions, and exercising.  It is time to refresh your sexual dynamism. Revitalize your physical body, and your sensual body.

Dawn your daisy dukes (or your version of them), and think about enhancing sexual satisfaction and excitement.  Consider Zestra® Essential Arousal Oils™ as an important summer accessory for your beach bag.  Physical revitalization is hard to achieve if you are ignoring your wsexual vitality and satisfaction.  Sunscreen, beach towel and the latest diet book should be in your beach bag.  The zippered inner (secret) pocket of the bag will be room enough for the after beach excitement and revitalization – try Zestra ® today.

Sexual Side Effects of Breast Cancer Treatment

Last month in the Breast Journal there was a groundbreaking article that went to press:  Current Overview of the Management of Urogenital Atrophy in Women with Breast Cancer by Pruthi (from the Mayo clinic ) et al who reviewed the concerns about sexual complaints as a result of breast cancer treatment.  The article discuss the concerns over the undiagnosed concern of vaginal dryness which can lead to severe pain during intercourse which has far reaching implications affecting, not only the cancer survivor herself but can impact the relationship dynamic. Although the researchers cite that vaginal and vulvar dryness can be relieved with minimally absorbed local vaginal estrogen preparations, the risk of recurrence and long term safety remains to be elucidated in breast cancer survivors.  They propose a treatment paradigm which includes non-hormonal moisturizers and lubricants coupled with lifestyle management as first line defense and treatment for vaginal atrophy.  Minimally absorbed local estrogen products, such as low-dose vaginal 17 b-estradiol (vaginal estradiol tablets or vaginal estradiol ring) may be considered for the treatment of symptomatic dryness that is unresponsive to conservative treatments after careful consideration and discussion between the patient and her oncologist.

Besides the concerns with dryness, the authors discuss some changes that can and do occur with the orgasmic response and overall sexual satisfaction. The authors mention Zestra®, “a botanical formulation composed of borage seed oil, evening primrose oil, angelica extract, coleus extract, vitamin C, and vitamin E stimulates sensory nerve conduction and has improved sexual function in postmenopausal women.” ( Pruthi; 2011 page 4)

Every woman is connected to breast cancer in some way- either a friend, family member, colleague or acquaintance has the disease. Breast cancer patients can rest assured that they are not alone, not destined to suffer sexual complaints and have their sensuality and sexuality robbed from them even in the face of disease.  Sexual concerns remain high on the priority list for breast cancer survivors and remaining sensually connected to their femininity and sensuality is an important quality of life concern.

by Rosann

According to Wikipedia, Father’s Day is a celebration honoring fathers and celebrating fatherhood and the father/child bond.  It is celebrated on the third Sunday of June in many countries.  Father’s Day is a time to focus on the fathers, who have given so much, sacrificed for their children, showed them right from wrong and encouraged them to do their best no matter what.

Fatherhood teaches selflessness, respect for others and responsibility.  Strong fathers are also devoted not only to their children, but also to the women in their lives. They provide stability through turmoil and unhappiness.  Fathers are the backbone of relationships and care about family, love and commitment.

For this Father’s Day, whether you are married, dating, divorced or even a man without children, treat yourself and your special partner to some sexual excitement and satisfaction. Try Zestra ® Essential Arousal Oils™, a patented blend of essential oils that can be applied to the clitoral tissue to help orgasmic response. It has been shown in clinical studies to help improve her sexual satisfaction.  When she is more satisfied, so is her partner.  Zestra ® is a safe, hormone-free, non prescription solution, which is available on line.  Both men and women purchase Zestra ® to enhance and intensify their sexual intimate encounters.  Forget the tie, golf balls or dinner out.  Plan for the best Father’s Day ever.
